Orders are processed within 24-48 hours once received. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Business days
9.30am-6pm Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received Monday-Friday before 1:00pm GMT are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. All orders received Saturday and Sunday are processed by the end of the next business day.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via DPD and are delivered within 2 business days from the order ship date.
